Let's hope she's not! Tell her she'd better give it at least another year before she even starts thinking about boys. I was dateless all through high school and look how well I did on the marriage mart.
Let me assure all my readers that window shopping is all that is allowed. She is definately thinking about boys and they are certainly thinking about her. They are lining up in wait for her 16th birthday. One of them, I think, is a Junior, her seminary class president.
The no pairing up rules have been laid down.
